Booking Conditions:

Deposits - At busy times a deposit of £20 per room may be requested (non refundable). Cheques to be made payable to 'Crossways'.

Cancellation - Cancellation, non arrival or curtailment would rise to a charge if we are unable to re-let the accommodation.

Payment - We do not accept credit or debit cards. Payment may be made in pounds Sterling and Euros or by cheque supported with a bankers card.

Arrival - Please advise us of an approximate time of arrival. Early or late arrivals by prior notice only.

Parking - Limited free parking is available for guests travelling from Stansted Airport.
